Dr. Heckman is a board-certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist and Sleep Medicine Specialist in Training at Oxford University. His diverse career has included clinical, administrative, and public health roles in government at both the provincial and federal level. He currently resides in Edmonton, Alberta where he maintains a private practice, does First Nations outreach, and is an Assistant Clinical Professor in the University of Alberta Department of Family Medicine.
