Stephanie joins Vivos with over 14 years of healthcare experience. This includes 12 years of DSO experience leading large teams and eventually advancing to VP of Operations. Additionally, Stephanie gained medical experience as Director of Operations at Concentra, Inc. with responsibility over territory financial outcomes from Physical Therapy, Occupational Medicine, and Urgent Care. Most recently Stephanie has served as the Chief Operating Officer for Critical Nursing Services (CNS) LLC. Stephanie studied Biological Sciences and Business Finance at the University of Wyoming and finished her degree at Colorado Technical University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance. Stephanie has also received professional certifications in Accounting and Finance, Business in the Global Environment, Organizational Systems Improvement and Management Essentials.

Outside of work, Stephanie and her husband, Keith, enjoy traveling, hiking, and spending time with their 3 grown daughters and granddaughter. Stephanie is also a dog lover and has 2 Auggie‘s (Corgi and Australian Shepherd) who are great travel and adventure companions.
