Patrick Kircher is a results-focused Dental Executive with extensive industry knowledge, sales strategy expertise, and leadership skills. He has over 18 years of experience in dental sales, including sales management, consulting, product development, implementation, marketing, mergers and acquisitions, and fund management. Patrick is a proactive leader with strong communication and collaboration skills and is proficient in promoting disruptive technology in a competitive market. He is adept at managing concurrent objectives to promote efficiency and achieve positive outcomes.

Kircher is currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing.  He is responsible for leading the company’s sales and marketing efforts, including developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and increase market share. He is also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.

Patrick has served as Co-Founder of Nexus Dental Systems, a dental healthcare growth fund that focuses on companies in the medically necessary dentistry space, with a particular emphasis on dental sleep medicine and all aspects of this disease state. Previously, Patrick was the Founder and CEO of National Dental Systems, a company comprised of three businesses involved in the medically necessary dental market, with a focus on dental sleep medicine, chronic headache/migraine, and accreditation and training for dental sleep medicine

Patrick was the Founder and CEO of KMG Dental Management, a Dental Service Organization, which was eventually sold to a private equity-backed investment group. He specialized in mergers and acquisitions of dental/orthodontic practices, providing economies of scale and profitability while leading teams. In addition to his entrepreneurial pursuits, Patrick has held leadership positions Align Technology and Pfizer.

Patrick holds a Master of Science degree and a Bachelor’s degree from Lyon College. He is a self-motivated, conscientious achiever with a keen awareness of personal and professional image, and is skilled in organization, planning, time management, leadership, and communication.
