She has an MBA and 25+ years’ experience as a management consultant and has held executive-level positions in Finance, Strategy, Operations, Human Resources, and as Chief of Staff in companies such as Zayo, Envysion, Level 3 Communications, Quiznos, and was also instrumental in the creation and launch of Smashburger which is now has 400+ locations. She understands the challenges and possibilities of leading a start-up that scales for growth, while promoting a healthy culture.
